UC provides Will writing services to all Non-Muslim clients in Malaysia. Our Wills are comprehensively written and yet at a competitive price. We believe in meeting clients face to face, this enables us to discuss in detail before drafting out the Will according to their needs. Will Custody
As UC always recommends the Original Will to be kept by the Client/Testator, we also believe in storing a duplicate copy in a safe place in case of any unforeseen events. Clients can always come back to us to acquire the duplicate copy as a back-up. This service is provided at no charge.
Execution
At UC, we always refer our Clients to our panel Lawyer in getting the Probate done when the testator passes on. Our Lawyers charge a nominal fee and not by percentage.
Financial Planning
UC also provides Financial planning services to young business people and families who need to identify their financial strength in order to plan their Investment and insurance needs to achieve financial freedom.

Krishna
Uyil is the brainchild of Krishna when he came to the grave realization of the importance of writing a will. The lack of proper information and wills written without the client in mind drew him to research the situation. He then saw the desperate need to not only educate people on the importance of will writing but to also provide a solution.
Uyil was born.
To his name, Krishna, has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and is also a Registered Financial Planner (RFP). Krishna is armed with 10 years’ experience as Marketing Director in a private sector and in the last 5 years he has served the Public Sector as Deputy Director under the Finance Department. He is also the President of Permai Apartment.
His wide experience, knowledge and passion is the key in overseeing the growth of the business from a two man outfit, to a team of over 40 consultants, and it’s still growing. He is immensely proud that his wife also plays an active part in the business, enabling the business to have both a corporate and a family feel at the same time.
Krishna commits his time to developing the company, training the consultants and most importantly building social awareness on the importance of will writing.
Keetha
Keetha boasts 30 years of experience in Accountancy and Management for a Multi-National Company (MNC). A caring mother and citizen, Keetha, ensures making time for her family and serving the community as well.
When Krishna approached her with the idea of Uyil, Keetha immediately understood the importance and jumped on board. She currently overlooks the management of the company and also actively runs programmes up North on the importance of Will writing.
